Chester (Chet) Kaczor, PharmD, MBA, is the senior vice president of operations at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Chet received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University and his Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
As SVP, Dr. Kaczor closely collaborates with physician chiefs and department leaders. He is responsible for the strategic vision, administration, and safe operations of Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine, Homecare, Pharmacy, Poison Control, Interprofessional and Community Education, Supply Chain and Radiology services at Nationwide Children’s. Dr. Kaczor has focused on strategic planning and talent management, practice advancement, and implementing innovative services with the goal of achieving the best outcomes for all patients.
Chet is a past president of the Ohio Pharmacists Association (OPA) and serves on the board of directors for STAQ Pharma. He also serves as the Residency Program Director for the Master of Science/Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Program at Nationwide Children’s. Chet currently resides in Columbus, Ohio with his wife Jessica, and two children, Colette, and Ellis.
